Refund policy

1. I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?
We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or SHIPPED. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money!
 
2. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?
We offer FREE returns/exchanges if there are any defects associated with the merchandise that are a result of OUR fault! If a problem is present, please inform us within a WEEK OF RECEIVING.
 
3. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A LARGER OR SMALLER SIZE?
If you choose the wrong size, unfortunately we cannot offer a FREE exchange, but we can help offer a low cost alternative if you bring up the issue to us. All of our products have different measurements, so it is VERY important to compare the measurements in each product to the measurements of a garment you already own at home for accuracy. Are there no measurements or you want more information about a specific product? Email us!

RETURN POLICY

  • Direct refund to your bank account. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days to receive refund.
  • The refund amount is the amount paid for merchandise after all discounts are applied.
  • Merchandise must be returned new, unused, and in original packaging.
